The plan

One plan, livewells:

• Unlimited analysts in one organisation.
• 500 submissions a month.
• 3 concurrent sessions.
• A$899 a month + GST, or A$8,990 a year + GST. Two months free.

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Australian customers pay 10% GST at checkout. A purchase is GST-free when it is not connected with Australia and the buyer is a non-resident outside Australia. Monthly and yearly give the same limits.

A submission is one session of up to 15 minutes, or one file. The monthly limit is hard. When you reach it, livewells refuses new submissions until the next UTC month or until you buy a top-up.

Sign up

You do not need to sign in to buy.

1. Open the pricing page. When sign-up is open, it shows Subscribe. Choose monthly or yearly, complete the short human check above the button, then choose Subscribe.
2. Pay in Stripe Checkout. Type the email of the administrator in the Administrator email field. When many people open payment pages at the same time, livewells asks you to try again in a few minutes.
3. livewells opens your organisation, with your limits, when Stripe confirms the payment.
4. Within 30 days, the administrator signs in with Microsoft, using the account whose email is the Administrator email. Microsoft must have verified that email.
5. livewells shows a page with the organisation, the buyer and the plan. The administrator chooses Confirm to become the first administrator and to connect your Microsoft organisation. Nothing is connected before Confirm. The page stays valid for 10 minutes.
6. After the confirmation, staff from your Microsoft organisation who sign in land in your organisation.
7. If the administrator chooses This is not mine, the pending administrator ends and nothing is connected.
8. If another livewells organisation holds your Microsoft organisation id, livewells does not offer the confirmation and adds no administrator. Write to support@livewells.io.

Top-ups

A top-up adds 250 submissions to the current month. It costs A$349 + GST, once. Unused top-up submissions do not carry into the next month. Only an administrator can buy one. A top-up also adds 10 GiB of network traffic to the current month. See Limits.

A top-up is available from 7 days after your first payment. You can buy up to 4 in a calendar month.

Changing your plan or cancelling

To switch between monthly and yearly, or to cancel, write to sales@livewells.io or support@livewells.io. Settings lists your invoices under Billing.

When a payment is disputed

If you dispute a payment with your card issuer, livewells suspends the organisation. Write to support@livewells.io to settle it.

When a payment fails

1. livewells keeps your organisation active for 7 days from the first failed payment.
2. After 7 days without payment, livewells suspends the organisation and nobody can start a session.
3. When you pay the invoice, the organisation resumes.
